The company Logitex, together with its partner DZD, developed and produced something new - something new in terms of harnessing solar energy and generating electricity using photovoltaic modules.
The problem with solar energy today is no longer just photovoltaic power plants, which, if built uncontrolled, cause instability in the distribution grids, or the high purchase prices, which ultimately increase the price of electricity across the board.
These negatives seem to outweigh the undeniable positives of ecological power generation using solar energy, but the real global problem is the storage of the electricity produced.
The most common way of storing electricity is using batteries, but even this method requires the use of another electronic device and its usability itself has its limitations.
What other options are there?
How could electricity be stored without major investments?
The answer is water.
To be precise: the water heater tank.
The company Logitex bet on this card and achieved its goal.
Logitex manufactures water heaters that use electricity from photovoltaic modules to heat the water.
Logitex's patented solution is the control of thermal protection elements and the control of two spirals.
Despite the fact that the generated direct current is connected directly to the heating coil, the coils can be safely disconnected from the source, and the Logitex system allows the excess direct current to be applied in the next steps.
It can be used to heat water in another boiler in the second bathroom, to generate your own electricity, for a radiator with a DC connection, to charge batteries and the like.
Logitex does not produce semi-functional devices like those that other manufacturers claim to be photovoltaic water heaters, forgetting to explain to customers that the electricity produced by photovoltaic modules will not heat water unless the boiler is preheated to a certain set temperature using mains electricity, even when the sun is shining.
Logitex manufactures genuine photovoltaic water heaters and its products receive recognition and awards all over the world.
Simple and effective.
That was the task and that is how Logitex water heaters work.
However, the development of Logitex in cooperation with DZD continues to progress.
In the Year 2012 Logitex prepared new model series "M" and "M K" and the development continues.
Beginning 2013 A new model LX ACDC/M KW 200 l was launched on the market.
It is a special container for gas and electric boilers.
In the second half of the Year 2013 Logitex began producing stationary 300-liter hot water tanks with the option of connecting a 1-6 kW photovoltaic source, and at the beginning of 2014, the company expanded its product range to include 300 to 1000-liter drinking water heating systems.
In the Year 2014 Logitex launched an intelligent system for generating electricity for the home and for direct water heating using photovoltaic modules, as well as a photovoltaic floor heating system, with the aim of maximising the use of the electricity generated by the photovoltaic modules in the home.
Logitex wants to ensure that its products bring benefit and joy to people. The company wants its customers to feel good about actively contributing to environmental protection.
And they also want customers who use their products to heat their water to have a satisfied smile on their faces after receiving their electricity or gas bill.
